UNIVERSITY LEARNING SYSTEMS - Key Persons
At ULS Andy is responsible for the entire technical infrastructure that allows ULS to operate in a modern cloud environment. He is a Big Data Architect who specializes in Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, and Systems Engineering. When not working on ULS he has his own career where he designs and architects cloud based data warehouses. Previously he worked with the designers of the internet (ARPANet) at Network Analysis Corporation, and spent many years at an AI company where he was involved with building crisis management systems for continuity of government for the White House.
Charlene Celano, R.Ph. is the President & CEO at InPharmX Inc. DBA University Learning Systems based in East Amherst, NY, an enterprise which attracts over 1000 health professional attendees annually.
Prior to this endeavor, Ms. Celano developed a committee print for the U.S. Senate, Special Committee on Aging, she also worked in drug information and developed consumer-oriented drug education programs. Her experience focuses on specialty pharmacy, ambulatory care pharmacy, hematology/oncology, mental health and infectious disease pharmacotherapy.
Ms. Celano received her pharmacy education at the University of Maryland, School of Pharmacy and holds a BA in English from the State University of New York, University at Buffalo.
