Jose Chapa III and Monroe Luther III are the partners of Vantage. Jose received his Masters in Business Administration and Juris Doctorate degrees from Texas Southern University. Monroe received his Masters in Business Administration and Masters in Marketing from the University of Colorado, Denver. Collectively, the partners at Vantage possess expertise in all business areas.
