Wheeler is a community health center that provides health care, addiction treatment, behavioral health, special education, and more across Connecticut, including treatment for depression and anxiety, opiate and heroin addiction, substance use disorder, alcoholism, asthma, high blood pressure, diabetes, and other conditions.
