Alyson Leone is a shareholder in the Health Law and Corporate teams at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. Amanda M. Curley

Amanda M. Curley is an associate on the Land Use team at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. Ms. Curley focuses her practice on all aspects of land use, redevelopment and related litigation. Ms. Curley advises property owners, developers and institutional investors in connection with complex land use, development, redevelopment and permitting matters for residential, commercial, and industrial development projects of all sizes. She assists clients in obtaining site plan, subdivision, variance and related approvals and regularly appears before municipal boards across the State of New Jersey. Ms. Curley is also knowledgeable in the State's affordable housing laws and assists developers in affordable housing matters. On the redevelopment side, Ms. Curley negotiates redevelopment agreements with municipal agencies in New Jersey. She is well versed in the State's eminent domain law and has extensive experience working on condemnation projects throughout New Jersey. Prior to joining Wilentz in 2019, Ms. Curley practiced at regional law firms where she focused on land use, transactional real estate, eminent domain and liquor license law. She served as a clerk to the Honorable Maureen B. Mantineo in the Superior Court of New Jersey from 2012-2013, during her temporary assignment to the Appellate Division. Amy Francis Lemanski

Amy Francis Lemanski is an associate in the Family Law Department at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. In her family and matrimonial law practice, Amy helps clients navigate the emotional and financial challenges often associated with family disputes, including those involving divorce, domestic violence, alimony, equitable distribution of assets, child custody/relocation, child support, and post judgment matters. She also handles Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCP&P) investigations and all actions instituted by the Division of Child Protection. Angelo J. Cifaldi is President and Managing Director of Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A., leading all aspects of the firm's practice and operations. He is also co-chair of the firm's Mass Tort/Class Action and Cannabis Law groups. A licensed pharmacist in New Jersey, Mr. Cifaldi focuses his practice on mass tort litigation and pharmacy administrative law. With regard to his mass tort and class action practice, during the past 38 years, Mr. Cifaldi has collected over one billion dollars for victims of: Asbestos exposure, including asbestosis, lung cancer, and mesothelioma Chemical exposure Environmental pollution, including ground water and air contamination Mr. Cifaldi has practiced at the forefront of asbestos and environmental litigation for many years. David P. Pepe is a shareholder with the law firm of Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A., concentrating his practice in sports law and personal injury litigation. He was a member of the Rutgers University varsity wrestling team between 1982 and 1983. While attending Seton Hall University School of Law, he was a founding member of the Seton Hall Sports Law Journal and between 1988-1989 was a summer associate for the New York Yankees. Mr. Pepe also worked as an associate at Ribis, Graham & Curtin in Morristown, NJ where he developed a sports law practice. Mr. Pepe is a certified baseball agent by the Major League Baseball Players Association. Mr. Pepe has represented numerous professional baseball players and is the managing agent of Pro Agents, Inc. (a subsidiary of the Wilentz firm) that has a client roster of over thirty professional athletes. Mr. Pepe negotiated, among many other professional contracts, the largest guaranteed contract for any closer in MLB history at that time (2008). In addition to his vast experience in the field of athlete representation, Mr. Pepe has represented hundreds of individuals in personal injury matters and has received one of the highest verdicts in New Jersey history in a "verbal threshold" unoperated herniated disc case. Mr. Pepe is also a part time lecturer at Rutgers University, teaching a course in Labor Relations. Mr. Pepe was named the Civil Trial Attorney of the Year for 2016 by the Middlesex County Bar Association. David Gordon is a shareholder in the Commercial Real Estate and Land Use/Environmental groups at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. He represents developers, owners, users and other clients in all aspects of complex real estate transactions, with an emphasis on land acquisition and disposition, leasing, development approvals, redevelopment, construction contracts and the structuring of business entities. With regard to his financing practice, Mr. Gordon focuses on construction, interim and permanent mortgage financing, and equity participation. He also represents landlords and tenants in leasing transactions, including industrial, office and retail transactions. Mr. Gordon has been consistently ranked by Chambers USA since 2004 and has been distinguished with a Band 1 ranking since 2012. He has been selected for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America list since 2006 and named in the New Jersey Super Lawyers list since 2005 (Top 100 in 2005-2018; Top 10 in 2009). A former adjunct professor at Rutgers Law School of advanced real estate transactions, Mr. Gordon has lectured for a variety of groups including the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education, the International Council of Shopping Centers (US and Canada), the New Jersey chapter of NAIOP, the New Jersey Mortgage Bankers Association, the American Banking Institute, the New Jersey Title Insurance Institute and Lorman Business Services. Mr. Gordon has been a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers since 1990 and has served in a number of leadership roles, including two terms on the Board of Governors and as chair and vice-chair of several administrative and substantive law committees. He is also a former co-chair (2015-2018) and a member of the Advisory Board and Faculty (2004-present) of the Advanced Commercial Leasing Institute, presented by Georgetown University Law Center. Mr. Gordon is a co-contributing editor of the leasing chapter of Commercial Real Estate Transactions in New Jersey, published by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education, and co-author of New Jersey Real Estate Forms, published by LexisNexis Law Publishing. In addition, he is the original contributing editor for New Jersey to State-by-State Guide to Commercial Real Estate Leases, published by Wolters Kluwer Law & Business (2013-2016).
