Alyson Leone is a shareholder in the Health Law and Corporate teams at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. Ms. Leone represents physicians, medical practices, ambulatory surgery centers, hospitals, substance use disorder treatment facilities, continuing care retirement communities, wellness centers, dentists, dental practices, medical and dental management companies, and nursing homes. She advises clients on corporate transactional matters such as the formation and structure of healthcare entities, corporate practice of medicine issues, joint ventures, shareholder, operating and employment agreements and licensure compliance. Her work often involves analysis of federal and state statutes and regulations, including New Jersey Board of Medical Examiners regulations, New Jersey Department of Health licensing standards, HIPAA, fraud and abuse laws, anti-kickback laws and self-referral (Stark) laws.
In addition to her health law practice, Ms. Leone focuses on general corporate law, including formation and structure of business entities, negotiating and drafting contracts, ownership and asset sales and acquisitions, as well as general corporate counseling.

Amanda M. Curley is an associate on the Land Use team at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. Ms. Curley focuses her practice on all aspects of land use, redevelopment and related litigation.
Ms. Curley advises property owners, developers and institutional investors in connection with complex land use, development, redevelopment and permitting matters for residential, commercial, and industrial development projects of all sizes. She assists clients in obtaining site plan, subdivision, variance and related approvals and regularly appears before municipal boards across the State of New Jersey. Ms. Curley is also knowledgeable in the State's affordable housing laws and assists developers in affordable housing matters. On the redevelopment side, Ms. Curley negotiates redevelopment agreements with municipal agencies in New Jersey. She is well versed in the State's eminent domain law and has extensive experience working on condemnation projects throughout New Jersey.
Prior to joining Wilentz in 2019, Ms. Curley practiced at regional law firms where she focused on land use, transactional real estate, eminent domain and liquor license law. She served as a clerk to the Honorable Maureen B. Mantineo in the Superior Court of New Jersey from 2012-2013, during her temporary assignment to the Appellate Division.
Ms. Curley is a graduate of Rutgers School of Law - Newark, where she served as Managing Editor of the Rutgers Business Law Review. While attending law school, she clerked for the Office of the Hudson County Counsel, where she prepared briefs and assisted in trial preparation at the state and federal level. She graduated from Lafayette College, cum laude, in 2009, where she was a division 1 athlete.

Amy Francis Lemanski is an associate in the Family Law Department at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. In her family and matrimonial law practice, Amy helps clients navigate the emotional and financial challenges often associated with family disputes, including those involving divorce, domestic violence, alimony, equitable distribution of assets, child custody/relocation, child support, and post judgment matters. She also handles Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCP&P) investigations and all actions instituted by the Division of Child Protection.
Before joining Wilentz, Amy gained practical experience in mediations and depositions as an attorney in the State of Florida, where she handled and litigated divorce matters. Amy has also extensive experience litigating domestic violence matters. She appeared in juvenile court in connection with domestic violence matters and shelter hearings instituted by the Division of Child Protection.
Amy earned her law degree at St. Thomas University School of Law in 2016, where she served as Managing Editor of the Intercultural Human Rights Law Review. During her clerkship with the Honorable Angela White Dalton, Chancery Division, Family Part, Amy assisted Judge White Dalton on matters involving restraining orders, violations of restraining orders, Post Dissolution matters and Orders to Show Cause. She graduated from Monmouth University with a B.A. in 2013. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Florida.

Angelo J. Cifaldi is President and Managing Director of Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A., leading all aspects of the firm's practice and operations. He is also co-chair of the firm's Mass Tort/Class Action and Cannabis Law groups.
A licensed pharmacist in New Jersey, Mr. Cifaldi focuses his practice on mass tort litigation and pharmacy administrative law. With regard to his mass tort and class action practice, during the past 38 years, Mr. Cifaldi has collected over one billion dollars for victims of:
Asbestos exposure, including asbestosis, lung cancer, and mesothelioma
Chemical exposure
Environmental pollution, including ground water and air contamination
Mr. Cifaldi has practiced at the forefront of asbestos and environmental litigation for many years. He has won several successful single case recoveries, including $38.5 million and $17.5 million resolutions for the victims of a groundwater contamination and numerous multimillion-dollar recoveries for asbestos victims. He has also handled various pro bono matters, including most notably the representation of widows and relatives of the 9/11 terrorist attack on the World Trade Center. Anthony M. Osbourne is an associate in the Banking and Financial Services group at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A., focusing on corporate finance, banking, and financial services, as well as corporate asset acquisitions and financing related thereto. Mr. Osbourne represents lenders and borrowers in complex commercial financing transactions, including asset-based lending, commercial and industrial financing, and commercial real estate acquisitions and refinancing. He also handles many other types of financial transactions, including revolving and non-revolving lines of credit, cash-flow and formula-based financing, and syndications.
In connection with his practice for institutional lenders, Mr. Osbourne provides guidance on necessary parties to loan transactions as well as compliance issues and handles all aspects of due diligence review, documentation, and negotiations related thereto, in order to adequately protect his clients' legal and financial interests.
Mr. Osbourne has also advised CDC lenders and small business borrowers in SBA 504 and 7(a) financing transactions, including, but not limited to, a retail liquor license transfer, a refinancing of a golf course, and a sale of multiple farm properties in upstate New York. His experience extends to representing state public transportation entities in large-scale, transit-oriented real estate development, including negotiating master development agreements, reviewing development plans and phasing, and attending public body meetings to advance clients' interests.
Actively involved in the professional legal community, Mr. Osbourne is a member of the Middlesex County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the New Jersey State Bar Association. Ashley E. Morin is an associate in the Employment Law group at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. Since beginning her legal career, Ms. Morin has been representing employers and employees in all aspects of employment law, from best practices and preventative measures such as crafting corporate policies for employee handbooks, to reactive measures and multifaceted litigation on a variety of claims, including discrimination, whistle blowing, and wage and hour. Ms. Morin has also significant experience on both class and collective actions.
One particular area of focus for Ms. Morin is employer compliance with the Affordable Care Act (ACA), commonly known as Obamacare. The enactment of the ACA brought significant regulatory changes and requirements for employers, and Ms. Morin's comprehensive knowledge on its intricacies is instrumental in the success of her practices.

Barry A. Cooke is a shareholder on the Personal Injury Team at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. in the firm's Monmouth County office located in Eatontown, NJ. Mr. Cooke is a seasoned, skilled and experienced litigator in both the Superior Court of New Jersey and the New Jersey Workers' Compensation Court. He provides personalized dedicated representation of injured victims, and has defended clients in superior and municipal courts throughout the State of New Jersey on a variety of criminal and motor vehicle charges. Brett R. Harris is a shareholder in the Corporate group at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. Her broad-based general corporate practice consists of both transactional matters and day-to-day client counseling on everyday business matters. She has extensive transactional experience in stock and asset acquisitions representing both buyers and sellers. She has many years of experience in document drafting and negotiation, regulatory compliance matters and policy development for a full range of clients, including publicly-traded companies, closely-held businesses, health care practices, charitable organizations, governmental entities and individual business executives.
Ms. Harris has a particular focus on counseling non-profit organizations including entity formation, establishing and maintaining tax exempt status and complying with fundraising regulations. She counsels Boards on policy matters, mission statement development and strategic planning. In addition, she advises clients on structuring and operating family foundations, including grantmaking due diligence and administration of grant agreements.

Brian J. Molloy, Esq. is General Counsel at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A., serving as the firm's key advisor concerning the law governing lawyers, governance issues, risk management, and policy implementation. He also serves as Chairman of the Board at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A., and served as President and Managing Director from 2008 until 2021. Mr. Molloy concentrates his practice on business and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on defending professional malpractice claims.
For more than 30 years, Mr. Molloy has served as lead counsel in complex commercial litigation in New Jersey and nationally. Carmella M. Seslar is an associate in the Environmental group at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A., focused on environmental regulatory compliance, brownfield and landfill redevelopment, state and federal site remediation, land use permits, and related litigation.
Before joining Wilentz in 2019, Ms. Seslar handled environmental and land use matters throughout New Jersey and New York. She has extensive experience with state and federal environmental remediation, including CERCLA/Superfund litigation and allocations, as well as environmental permitting and regulatory compliance involving wetlands, coastal/CAFRA areas, riparian/tidelands law, and flood hazard areas. She has also counseled clients on development, redevelopment, zoning, and corporate transactions.
Actively involved in the professional legal community, Ms. Seslar is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Environmental Law Section, and a member of the Professional Women of Building in the Garden State. In 2019, she wrote "Protections Extended to Townhouse Owners Seeking to Rebuild After Sandy," published by the New Jersey Law Journal, about the Flood Hazard Area Control Act amendments and the Gross v. Ms. Seslar earned her law degree at St. John's University School of Law. Christopher D. Hopkins is a shareholder in the Real Estate and Redevelopment group at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. A former in-house counsel to a national homebuilding company, Mr. Hopkins has over 16 years of experience representing developers, owners, users and other clients in all aspects of complex real estate transactions. His practice spans a wide range of commercial, industrial and retail transactions, with an emphasis on financing, land acquisition and disposition, development approvals, leasing, and redevelopment.
Mr. Hopkins has also significant experience in counseling clients on a variety of environmental regulatory compliance and permitting issues, including ISRA compliance, environmental due diligence, Superfund and other liability concerns, the structuring of business entities, affordable housing development, condominium association formation and returning contaminated properties to beneficial use.

Clay Constantinou is Of Counsel in the Administrative Law & Governmental Agencies department at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A., where he leverages his substantial, existing relationships - both domestically and internationally - to achieve clients' objectives. Mr. Constantinou has over 35 years of experience practicing law in New Jersey, including his previous tenure as a Shareholder at Wilentz, when he concentrated his practice on all areas of business transactions, corporate and commercial matters and litigation, tort litigation, public finance, banking and administrative law.
Mr. Constantinou has been engaged in a variety of high-profile roles over the years, and currently serves as Senior Advisor to the Chairman of EP Global Energy. From July 1994 to February 1999, he served as the United States Ambassador to Luxembourg, representing the United States during the NATO expansion, European Union enlargement and economic and monetary union. Mr. Constantinou assisted in the negotiations and signed the Mutual Legal Assistance, Double Taxation and Open Skies treaties on behalf of the United States. During the Luxembourg European Union presidency, he led American delegations and participated in negotiations with EU officials on trade and global cooperation issues. He also advised the Clinton Administration on Eastern Mediterranean issues.
Following his diplomatic service, Mr. Constantinou was the Founding Dean of the School of Diplomacy and International Relations at Seton Hall University and Of Counsel to Patton Boggs, LLP. In addition, he served as Senior Advisor to the Federal Court appointed Liquidating Trustee in one of the largest international fraud actions resulting in over $250 million recovered for defrauded shareholders.
Mr. Constantinou has been, and remains an active participant, in civic affairs. He has served as National Co-chair of Finance and a Delegate for the presidential campaigns of the former United States Secretary of State John Kerry in 2004, former United States President Bill Clinton in 1992 and former Governor of Massachusetts Michael Dukakis in 1988.
Daniel J. Kluska is a shareholder on the Business and Commercial Litigation team at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A.
In his construction litigation practice, Mr. Kluska regularly represents owners, builders, developers and general contractors in transition litigation matters and other lawsuits arising out of the construction of numerous types of projects, including condominium developments, residential communities and single-family homes, involving claims of alleged construction and design defects, subsurface deficiencies, project-related misrepresentations, building code violations and breaches of the Planned Real Estate Development Full Disclosure Act (PREDFDA) and other express warranties. In 2021, Mr. Kluska was appointed to serve as Construction Counsel to the New Jersey Builders Association, the leading trade association for the construction industry in New Jersey.
Mr. Kluska is a dedicated member of Wilentz. He serves on multiple firm committees, including the Business Development Committee, which is focused on expanding the value of the firm's service to existing and prospective clients. David H. Stein is a shareholder at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. and co-chair of the firm's Banking and Financial Services group and the Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights group. Mr. Stein focuses his practice on lending, work-outs, commercial litigation, business reorganization, foreclosure litigation, asset recovery and judgment enforcement matters.
Mr. Stein has significant courtroom experience in the litigation of complex commercial matters, enforcement and priority of liens, claims and security interests and other matters affecting the debtor-creditor relationship. His clients have included banks, financial institutions, leasing creditors, creditors' committees, trustees, debtors, receivers, commercial landlords and purchasers of distressed assets.
In 2021, Mr. Stein was appointed to the Roster of Mediators maintained by the New Jersey Administrative Office of the Courts pursuant to R. 1:40-2. David M. Wildstein is a shareholder at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A., where he built the firm's Family Law practice, an experienced team of attorneys representing high net-worth clients involved in divorce and custody proceedings. For over 40 years, Mr. Wildstein has devoted his practice to family law and has tirelessly helped his clients, from stay-at-home mothers to corporate executives, navigate the economic and emotional challenges of matrimonial disputes.
David P. Pepe is a shareholder with the law firm of Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A., concentrating his practice in sports law and personal injury litigation. He was a member of the Rutgers University varsity wrestling team between 1982 and 1983. While attending Seton Hall University School of Law, he was a founding member of the Seton Hall Sports Law Journal and between 1988-1989 was a summer associate for the New York Yankees. Mr. Pepe also worked as an associate at Ribis, Graham & Curtin in Morristown, NJ where he developed a sports law practice. Mr. Pepe has represented numerous professional baseball players and is the managing agent of Pro Agents, Inc. (a subsidiary of the Wilentz firm) that has a client roster of over thirty professional athletes. Mr. Pepe negotiated, among many other professional contracts, the largest guaranteed contract for any closer in MLB history at that time (2008).
In addition to his vast experience in the field of athlete representation, Mr. Pepe has represented hundreds of individuals in personal injury matters and has received one of the highest verdicts in New Jersey history in a "verbal threshold" unoperated herniated disc case.
Mr. Pepe is also a part time lecturer at Rutgers University, teaching a course in Labor Relations.
Mr. Pepe was named the Civil Trial Attorney of the Year for 2016 by the Middlesex County Bar Association. Since 2006, Mr. Pepe has been recognized as a leading Entertainment & Sports attorney by Super Lawyers.

David Gordon is a shareholder in the Commercial Real Estate and Land Use/Environmental groups at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. He represents developers, owners, users and other clients in all aspects of complex real estate transactions, with an emphasis on land acquisition and disposition, leasing, development approvals, redevelopment, construction contracts and the structuring of business entities. With regard to his financing practice, Mr. Gordon focuses on construction, interim and permanent mortgage financing, and equity participation. He also represents landlords and tenants in leasing transactions, including industrial, office and retail transactions.
Mr. Gordon has been consistently ranked by Chambers USA since 2004 and has been distinguished with a Band 1 ranking since 2012. He has been selected for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America list since 2006 and named in the New Jersey Super Lawyers list since 2005 (Top 100 in 2005-2018; Top 10 in 2009).
A former adjunct professor at Rutgers Law School of advanced real estate transactions, Mr. Gordon has lectured for a variety of groups including the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education, the International Council of Shopping Centers (US and Canada), the New Jersey chapter of NAIOP, the New Jersey Mortgage Bankers Association, the American Banking Institute, the New Jersey Title Insurance Institute and Lorman Business Services.
Mr. Gordon has been a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers since 1990 and has served in a number of leadership roles, including two terms on the Board of Governors and as chair and vice-chair of several administrative and substantive law committees. He is also a former co-chair (2015-2018) and a member of the Advisory Board and Faculty (2004-present) of the Advanced Commercial Leasing Institute, presented by Georgetown University Law Center.
Mr. Gordon is a co-contributing editor of the leasing chapter of Commercial Real Estate Transactions in New Jersey, published by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education, and co-author of New Jersey Real Estate Forms, published by LexisNexis Law Publishing. In addition, he is the original contributing editor for New Jersey to State-by-State Guide to Commercial Real Estate Leases, published by Wolters Kluwer Law & Business (2013-2016).
