Georgia is Co-Founder and CEO of Soaring Independent Cooperative, a home-healthcare startup informed by her experience overcoming generational poverty. Georgia has over a decade of experience in the healthcare field and 3+ years experience in nonprofit community leadership roles. Georgia is an advocate for the inclusion of people with disabilities in the workforce and society.
Taylor has deep roots in the Madison community where he graduated from the University of Wisconsin and went on to co-found and operate a startup in the insuretech space. He currently supports the nation's largest privately held third party benefits administration and software solutions company as an Entrepreneur in Residence to help drive strategic innovation.
Usman is an innovative and multi-talented Data/Software Engineer with over ten years of industry experience. He specializes in identifying complex technical requirements and designing easily maintainable structures. As technical co-founder at Sapling, Usman led the design and build of the core features and grew a ten person development team.
