ADAPTABILITY SUPPORT SERVICES

AdaptAbility Support Services is a support agency assisting mental health clients and adults with disabilities as well as their families with individualized programming that is specific to their needs. We can offer support through One-on-One supports, in home supports, transportation, appointment supports. AdaptAbility will customize a program to fit your specific needs... AdaptAbility offers supports to individuals in the greater Charlottetown area, including Cornwall and Stratford. We are looking to expand our services next year to other areas of the province.
