Denis holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Queensland and is admitted as a solicitor in Victoria and Queensland.

Edward commenced his career with Eagers Automotive as a trainee sales consultant in 2004. Edward quickly developed a passion for the automotive business and became a student of leadership. Throughout his career, he has held most operational management positions including Dealership General Manager, Dealer Principal, Group General Manager and Executive General Manager in multiple markets across Australia.
In 2019, Edward was appointed Executive General Manager - Western Australia, to lead the integration of AHG legacy business into merged Eagers Automotive.
Edward was appointed Chief Operating Officer in May 2022 and is responsible for providing operational leadership for both our Franchised Automotive and Independent Used operations across Australia and New Zealand. He holds an MBA from the University of South Australia and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School's General Management Program.

Keith is a licensed Motor Dealer and holds a Bachelor of Economics. His motor industry experience commenced in 1995 and covers retail and wholesale operations in volume, niche and prestige sectors of the industry.
He joined Eagers Automotive in 2002 as General Manager of Southside Honda and Land Rover and became General Manager of Austral Honda and Austral Volkswagen in 2004.
Keith was appointed General Manager Operations - Vehicles in 2005 to oversee New and Used vehicle operations. In 2007, he was promoted to General Manager Queensland and Northern Territory with full responsibility for all operational issues.
From 1 January 2017 - 23 February 2021 Keith was the Chief Operating Officer - responsible for operations nationally. Keith was appointed as Chief Executive Officer on 24 February 2021.
Non-Executive Director since February 2020. Executive Chairman of the APPL Group, a property and investment group with an extensive automotive property portfolio including properties leased to Eagers Automotive dealerships. Former executive roles at corporate and operational levels with Automotive Holdings Group Ltd (1993 to 2004), including as an Executive Director (2002 to 2004).

Martin holds a BSc. (Hons) Mathematics degree from the University of Surrey, England and furthered his business qualifications by undertaking a Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program in mid 2000.
With a strong background in Corporate Management, Martin's career path includes a ten year period with Inchcape PLC, initially with their liquor division in the Middle East and Asia Pacific at a Managing Director level. In 1996, he became Managing Director of Inchcape Motors (Australia) and in 1998 was additionally appointed Regional CEO and Director Asia Pacific/Australasia.
From January 2001 to March 2005 Martin was the Chief Executive Officer of Ford Motor Company's Sydney Retail Joint Venture.
Martin joined Eagers Automotive on 1 July 2005. He was Chief Executive Officer from January 2006 - 23 February 2021.
Martin is a Director of Australian Automotive Dealer Association Limited (appointed January 2014).

Sophie started her financial career with PwC in 1993 spending most of her 10 years in the Transaction Advisory business. Sophie then joined Flight Centre Travel Group Limited in 2003 as General Manager Global Corporate Finance.
Sophie is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance.
Sophie is responsible for the group's accounting, taxation, internal audit, payroll and treasury functions.
Executive Director since March 2017. Chief Financial Officer since August 2015. Chartered accountant, having previously held senior finance roles with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Flight Centre Travel Group Limited. In her executive capacity as Chief Financial Officer, Sophie is responsible for the group's accounting, taxation, internal audit and treasury functions.
