A lot of you will know me from my Instagram, and a few of you will know me from my newsletter, Ails Mail which I started last year, where I share the things I've learned from books, in therapy and through my own personal life experiences. I wanted to create an extension of my newsletter where I can share some useful tools and overall positive vibes, in a more permanent space...
