Inspired by old family recipes and culinary tradition, in 1990, he founded Akita Food, a company specialized in producing and manufacturing Asian inspired sauces. Originally active in the foodservice and private label industries in Canada and the United States, Akita began distributing retail products across America at the beginning of 2006.Today Akita manufactures and distributes more than 60 tributary products of the most diverse oriental cuisine: Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Korean, Cambodian and Indian...
