Leslye Bransford is a family nurse practitioner who has been working in the field of nursing for 18 years. She began her nursing career as a registered nurse and has been practicing as family nurse practitioner for five years. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Phoenix and then earned her Masters of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain College of Nursing. She holds a board certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) as a family nurse practitioner and her years of nursing experience include critical care, orthopedics, regenerative therapy, urgent care, weight loss, and home health/hospice. Leslye was born and raised in Graves County, Ky and is excited to start this new journey as co-owner of Aligned Health so that she can have a positive impact on the community through patient advocacy and provide compassionate, affordable healthcare.

Sarah Downey has worked in the field of nursing for 17 years. Her years of experience include working in cardiac care, maternal/newborn care, urgent care, aesthetics, and regenerative medicine. Sarah graduated with a Bachelor of Science and Nursing from Murray State University in 2009 and later went on to graduate from Union University in Jackson, TN with her Masters of Science and Nursing in the fall of 2012. Sarah holds a board certification with the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She has lived in Murray, KY since starting college in 2005 and is newly married to local area Murray City fireman, Mitchell Downey. Sarah and Mitchell have 4 children that keep them extremely busy- Reese, Logan, William and Easton. Sarah has a wide variety of skills and is excited to use those serving others in her local community.
