I was introduced to yoga in my late 20s as an overwhelmed young mom that spent the days working as a Preschool Teacher and Child Care Provider. I instantly fell in love with the feelings from being on my mat as the relaxation took over and I became a calm mom. I began to study the yoga lifestyle for myself and my children incorporating the teachings into motherhood. This is when I began to realize living life with purpose is about teaching yoga, to the whole family, with the whole body, mind and spirit... I completed my 200-hour certification in 2009 with the White Lotus Yoga Foundation from Santa Barbara, California. Since then, I have completed additional certification programs including: Yoga For The Special Child, Radiant Child Yoga, and Trauma-Informed Yoga with Firefly International. Further, my continuing education includes Yin, Yoga Trapeze and Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) Yoga. I have a passion for being a student and have completed several other Anatomy and Energy Healing..
