She assists her clients in elevating their HR delivery and empower employees to excel. Outside the office, Dayna can be found at the arena or at her sewing machine, when not chasing after her three children.
Eric is passionate about building the foundation for growth and success in the business by leading his teams as a people and culture leader. His track record for strategic thinking and project management has allowed for many successful accomplishments. His current position, as the president/CEO of a successful family-owned consulting business which has diversified into Consulting for Mergers & Acquisitions and acquiring various HR Consulting companies. On a personal note, Eric is active in many associations, an all-season sports enthusiast, as a coach and player, passionate about boating, family and loyal friendships.
Florence is a dynamic professional, with 3 years of experience in SMEs in various mandates as a Human Resources Generalist, she understands well how to respond to business issues while protecting the human factor. Jenny brings 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field. She has worked in the public sector as well as the private sector during her career. Her previous roles include Human Resources Consultant, Corporate Training and Development Manager and Teaching in the HR program at a Community College. She also started the Physician Recruitment Program for the Region of Niagara recruiting Family Physicians to this underserviced area. She Specializes in assisting clients with training and development, the talent acquisition process, employee relations, conflict resolution, career management and teambuilding. Jenny has a track record of success.
