Dan comes to CSM with 5 generations of HVAC/R background. He has more than 30 years of experience in the industry, including in service, installation, and system design. Also, he brings to the table his experience as an IAQ specialist and as owner of a contracting business. Dan has been a manufacturer's representative in our company since 2014. As a representative, he is in charge of implementing business development and marketing strategies as well as providing extensive training to distributors and contractors.

Jeanette Sheehy works for CSM as an executive assistant. She assists our staff with their needs as well as CSM customers with any problems they may be experiencing. Jeanette has 37 years of experience in the HVAC/R industry, working for two different contractors as well as serving 25 years as a store manager and 2 years as a purchasing agent before joining CSM.
Scott Peery works directly with regional distributors and contractors, representing top manufacturing leaders in HVAC/R equipment, parts, and tools while building strong relationships and finding solutions to their needs.
Scott spent several years in HVAC/R distribution before joining CSM, where he gained extensive experience in customer service and inside/outside sales roles. He holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from Missouri Western State University.
Zach has 15 years of experience in the HVAC/R industry. He is a Ranken Technical College graduate who has worked in distribution and as a manufacturer's representative.
