Dr Mohan Pathirana graduated with Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from India-IIT and Master of Business Administration ( Merit) from University of Colombo. Dr Pathirana initiated his career at Hayleys Engineering Ltd as an Electrical Engineer and later he founded ICBT Campus in the year 1999 which Today ICBT Campus is one of the largest private sector educational institutes in Sri lanka with more than 7000 students studying and around 30,000 Alumni. Dr Pathirana served ICBT for 18 year before taking up the position of Chairman Edulink International Campus which her served fro nearly two years improving the educational and Financial status of Eduliunk .Dr Mohan Pathirna formed Clamp holding in the year 2018 to continue his expertise in the international higher education not limiting to one institute but to serve to the region as an education hub in Asia The services rendered by Mohan Pathirana to the Sri Lankan and international tertiary education industries have been commended by the following awards during his tenure.

Prof.Nanayakkara holds BPA(Spc.)(vidya)1970, MPA(York)1976, Ph.D.(Carlton)1980, D.Lit.(Sab)2005. His Key Academic Areas of Expertise are: Human Resources Management, Strategic Management, Research Methods, and Management Communication. Teaching at undergraduates, graduate, executive and doctoral level in Sri Lanka since 1980. Professor Nanayakkara has unparalleled experience in Professional Management training. His international experience includes teaching at the institute of international Development and Cooperation. University of Ottawa (Sept. Dec 1982): Whitmore School of Business. University of New Hampshire and the post of Associate Professor of HR Management. Faculty of Administration. University of New Brunswick, Canada. Prof.Nanayakkara has served as Governing Council member in a number of public organization including Sri Lanka Foundation Institute, National Institute of Education. National Institute of Technology Education and National Institute of Business Management: Vice President of Association of Management Development Institutions in South Asia (AMDISA) and served as CEO of Sussex College Network under the Merchant Bank of Sri Lanka(2009-10).
