Our winemaking team are based in Langhorne Creek, South Australia. Head Winemaker and Master Blender Chris Dix , along with Chad Fenton-Smith our Senior Winemaker, lead the team. Two local South Australians with years of wine making experience between them. Together bring their knowledge, skills and passion for quality, to ensure the exceptional standard of Sir Henry Lionel Galway is maintained over the years.
