Dan Vollman

Dan brings eight years of finance, accounting and leadership experience, having most recently served as a private equity associate at a healthcare-focused private equity firm, Water Street Healthcare Partners. Dan advises on several finance and operationally oriented projects for LadderUp Housing.

Elijah Schussler

Elijah brings over 10 years of leadership and project management experience from serving as a Nuclear Qualified Submarine Warfare Officer in the Navy, then on the leadership team engineering large ($10B+) capital projects in the Energy sector. Elijah advises on operations, scaling processes, and risk management for LadderUp Housing.

Greg Voutsos

Greg brings over eight years of operations and project management experience, most recently serving as COO of InterimExecs and volunteering as President of Minds Matter Chicago, a non-profit serving low-income Chicago Public School students. He has worked in corporate venture capital and consulting. Greg is building the foundation for operations, partnerships with financial opportunity centers, and processes for future scaling efforts.

Tom Voutsos - CEO, Founder

Tom is the CEO and founder of LadderUp Housing. Tom graduated from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2022. While at Booth, Tom was an Obama Foundation Scholar. Prior to entering Booth, Tom served as a Marine Corps logistics officer and president of a social impact startup that hired active gang members to reduce violence. He is also a proud graduate of the University of Notre Dame. Tom brings six years of leadership and logistics experience, first in the military as a Marine logistics officer, then as president of TRU Colors, a startup brewery that hires active gang members in order to reduce violence. Tom recently moved to Toledo to launch LadderUp Housing.
