MINDFUL RESPONDER

Mindful Responder, based in Connecticut, is currently in the process of obtaining status as a 501(c)(3) Non-profit organization. We provide Yoga and Mindfulness services for the benefit of all Responders, focused towards improving mental and physical health, wellness and peak performance... We believe in giving back to those who have or are currently serving our communities and nation. Being required to respond to particularly stressful and potentially traumatic events can have serious impacts on a person's mental and physical health and wellbeing. Having seen and experienced firsthand both the negative effects of stress and trauma on responders as well as the considerable benefits that Yoga and Mindfulness practices can provide, we believe in sharing these as our way of giving back... Mindful Responder provides Yoga and Mindfulness services for all Responders to improve mental and physical health, wellness and peak performance.
