Singy's Wood Fired Pizza, Inc. is a family owned and operated Neapolitan inspired mobile wood fired pizzeria. All great pizza begins with exceptional dough and crust. We make our Neapolitan style dough several times a week making sure to give it 3 to 4 days of slow, cold fermentation before stretching it by hand into the perfect base for the freshest toppings we have available. We will not sacrifice quality for quantity. Once the pizza is ready, it goes into our 750° plus Italian style wood fired oven for approximately 90 seconds. The result, hot, fresh pizza with slightly leopard crust. (WARNING, the pizza is very hot - please use caution when consuming it)!...
