Donald L. Fuller

Donald (Don) Fuller has over 30 years of experience working for and helping the great citizens of Wyoming. A native of Wyoming, Don began his career as an associate for an established private practice firm, quickly becoming partners with Michael Krampner. Upon Mr. Krampner's retirement in 2010, Don became the sole remaining member and owner of the practice. Don has had the privilege of working with several powerhouse attorneys who joined his firm. In 2023, as Don prepared for retirement, his partner, Ryan A. Semerad, took over the management responsibilities and ownership of the firm. However, Don is still an active member of the Wyoming Bar and takes on special cases. His presence is forever felt. Don, an experienced trial lawyer successfully tried criminal cases throughout the State of Wyoming in city, town state and federal courts. His cases involved the full range of criminal accusations from misdemeanors, such as assault and battery, DUI and theft, to felonies, such as aggravated assault, armed robbery, aggravated kidnapping and first degree murder. Don was also successful in handling and trying allegations of aggravated vehicular homicide, white collar crime, stock fraud and embezzlement, as well as drug and sex offenses. Don is a 1988 honors graduate of the University of Wyoming and a 1992 graduate of the University of Wyoming College of Law. He is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association.

John B. Miner

John Miner attended the University of Louisville, Kentucky, graduating with an honors degree in English Literature in 1971 Having participated in Naval ROTC, he then spent five years in the U S Navy John next attended the University of Florida, where he obtained his law degree in 1978. In the 41 years since his initial admission to the Florida bar, John's experience includes criminal prosecution and defense, insurance law, plaintiffs and defense litigation, class action lawsuits, family and domestic law, and real estate. For eleven years in his career, John was responsible for life and health insurance litigation throughout the southeastern United States for a major U S insurance corporation More recently, John served as the lead attorney for the Seventh Judicial District Attorney's Office misdemeanor unit. He has handled or overseen resolution of thousands of cases involving citizens in Casper and Natrona County. John joined the firm in 2014 focusing on criminal defense and related matters John also mentors new attorneys for the firm Although John is retired, he remains a valued member of The Fuller & Semerad team. John is admitted to practice in Wyoming, Florida and Louisiana.

Ryan A. Semerad

Ryan A. Semerad is the owner of Fuller & Semerad, LLC, the go-to trial law firm for serious cases in Wyoming since 1992. Ryan is a trial attorney who defends the rights of individuals in the face of criminal charges and related matters in federal and state courts across Wyoming. Ryan is a graduate of Union College (NY) and the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. He began his legal career at Jones Day in Cleveland, Ohio. Ryan then clerked for the Honorable Michael P. Gibbons of the Nevada Court of Appeals in Las Vegas, Nevada. After his clerkship, Ryan practiced in Las Vegas at Holland & Hart LLP. Ryan relocated to Casper, Wyoming in 2020 and joined Don Fuller's esteemed criminal defense practice as an associate attorney. In 2023, Ryan became the managing member and owner of the law firm. Ryan is an active member of the bar in Wyoming. He is admitted to the bar, but inactive in Ohio and Nevada. Ryan is a board member of the Community Recreation Foundation, the chair-elect of the Criminal Justice Section of the Wyoming State Bar, and a member of the Criminal Pattern Jury Instructions Committee. He is also a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association. Ryan lives in Casper, Wyoming, with his wife, his son, and his dog.
