The Honorable Patrick J. Murphy is a former United States Congressman (PA-9) and Under Secretary of the Army. He served on the Armed Services, Select Intelligence, and Appropriations committees, responsible for a $3.4 trillion budget. Secretary Murphy is currently the Distinguished Chair of Innovation at the United States Military Academy at West Point, a graduate of King's College (PA), and holds a JD from the Widener University Commonwealth School of Law.
