Angela is our friendly and bubbly accompanied viewer. She's enjoys chatting to everyone she meets and really does remember what you're looking for. Having done the job for 25 years, she knows every inch of the Wigan area. She goes above and beyond and loves finding people their perfect home!
Colette's degree in nursing has meant that she is very meticulous in her approach to anything she does. She never misses a trick and has an exceptional ability to retain information. It's no surprise that one of her main job roles is being in charge of all the accounts here at Winnard Property Group. Her commitment and caring nature helps to ensure our landlords have the very best experience.
Craig has an extensive knowledge in property investment, buy to let management as well as property development; having won PMW 'Property Developer of Year Award' in 2019.
Craig's main areas of focus are on the overall development of Winnard Property Group, sales valuations and helping investors build and expand their own property portfolio.
A devoted family man with a toddler as well as a young baby, Craig is passionate about helping clients build additional passive income through property, that can be passed on to generations to come.
Darren being the eldest of the three siblings, was the first one to join the family business. He helped start the Winnard Familys journey into Lettings and when he's not in the great outdoors climbing mountains, he is helping the business scale to new heights. Darren's main role within the company is organizing all the repairs, maintenance on and negotiating dilapidations on our fully managed properties. His 35 years of experience and practical mindset helps to ensure that all our properties are looked after to a extremely high standard.

Since starting with our team in April 2021, Katelyn has proved herself as a vital part of the Winnard Property Group. Her cool calm and collected persona plays a major part in her ability to multi task at a high level as well as providing an excellent level of accuracy and customer service.

The latest addition to our team, Louise originally came to Winnard Property Group as an apprentice, but soon proved herself to be someone that has an important role to play within our company. Her keen interest in property, great customer service and ability to learn quickly is what has enabled Louise to progress to full time employment with us within the sales and letting departments.

Zoe has extensive knowledge and experience within the letting industry and heads our compliance department as well as playing an important part in sales, lettings and serviced accommodation. This includes ensuring that landlords are fully up to date and legally compliant when it comes to gas and electrical safety as well as EPC's. Her skills in speed, accuracy and efficiency leaves landlords feeling comfortable that all of their legal obligations are met.
