COMMERCIAL HARDWARE LIMITED - Key Persons

Going to be completely honest here and not pull any punches. After deciding to get all my interior doors replaced and being recommended a particular manufacturer of handles, I went in search of some on amazon.Managed to find exactly what we were looking for and then, realised they only had 1 in stock!So off I went to every website I knew and they all were out of stock. I started getting responses to enquiries that they all came from one supplier and it was looking like at least mid march before they would show up! Other companies just showed they had stock, took my money and then admitted they didn't.I found Commercial Hardware's website and as an unknown company to me I tried to do some due diligence. The website was relatively basic with a couple errors, I recognised the template design style and also the shopping cart they were using (which unfortunately is the same as a lot of these pop up overnight scam sites use and is always a bit of a flag to me) and the reviews were all fantastically positive (which I find as another red flag)But I took a punt as they accepted PayPal so I had that protection and my word have they ever been fantastic to me. They managed to scrape together my order from a couple different sources and get it all to me within the space of a couple days.I even phoned up at one stage just to make sure everything was legit and actually spoke to the "Paul" that everyone on here seems to mention. Happy to say he lived up to his reputation as very helpful and friendly.They have now gone from a last resort never heard of company, to my first port of call for future hardware purchases!Thanks guys!

Spoke with Paul about replacing all the door handles in my house and he couldn't have been more helpful. I felt totally comfortable with his advice and went on to purchase new locks as well. Thoroughly recommend this company, 5 star service all the way!
