1000 Piers Gin is the Spirit of Coastal Carolina. Our multi-award winning gin is distilled using fresh locally sourced botanicals where possible. Distilled at The Hackney Distillery located in the beautiful waterfont city of Washington NC... At the Hackney Distillery we believe firmly in the adage that the quality of what you get out is a direct result of the quality of what you put in. We therefore use only the finest ingredients we can source. Unlike most gins many of the botanicals we use are fresh, including all our citrus peel (we love peeling oranges, lemons and grapefruit!!), lemongrass, root ginger, galangal, kaffir lime and local blueberries. We use fresh peels because they contain more essential oil. We work with local farms to try and source as much of our fresh botanicals as locally as possible...
