For over 20 years, Valerie managed training and development and customer service programs, successfully leading many one-on-one, small and large group empowerment sessions. She has a niche for motivating and encouraging people to use creativity to POWER UP their lives. Valerie has been married for over 30 years, and offers insight, during her relationship coaching sessions, into what can give marriages and relationships an advantage. She has a Ph.D., specializing in Christian Counseling, and a master's degree in Communications. Dr. Val takes pride in using her professional expertise, training, and personal experiences to help others make a significant difference in their lives. She is known for "giving it to you straight," as she makes you think and holds you accountable for your words and actions. Through her compassion, wisdom and sense of humor, along with her expressive and connected style of communication, Dr. Val helps to guide clients on a path of a deeper and more expansive personal awareness.
