She is a 20 year plus mortgage professional who manages the Production Team to keep the loans moving smoothly and effortlessly through to closing!
Kim is our compliance partner. She keeps things tidy for us. Having God first in Kim's life brings her great joy. Kim enjoys being generous and assisting others in need. Kim enjoys spiritual activities, spending time with her grandchildren, and being with friends and family .

Sanu has twice immigrated. Once from Nepal as a young child to Canada and once as a young adult to the USA. She is kind, sweet, and has a ton of Instagram followers!

She is our Team's glue and is our go-to person for so many things.
Sonia is our Marketing Assistant. She is also the cherished "youngin" of the team. When she isn't attending college, she is the Post Office's favorite Blackwell Mortgage employee! She is our smile maker and master of gifting! At work, you can find her updating our database, keeping track of our client's life milestones, and sending them handwritten cards to wish them a happy birthday, congratulate them on a new job, or send flowers during a loss. Sonia keeps track of all our leads and loans to ensure that we celebrate each and every client on their home buying journey with us. When Sonia isn't working, you can find her daydreaming about what to eat for lunch, what to eat for a snack, melting over pictures of her own dog, or studying.
