As a field superintendent, Alan is one of Browning's "boots on the ground" professionals, making sure everything is in place for daily success on the project site; coordinating schedules, maintaining quality and safety standards, and collaborating with subcontractors to make sure jobs run as smoothly as possible. Alan joined Browning as a field superintendent in 2006 and brings over 25 years of experience in the construction industry to each project, allowing him to quickly solve problems and work through obstacles so clients can be confident their projects will stay on track.
As a project coordinator, Amanda gives clients an on-site champion dedicated to making sure everyone has everything they need to get the job done. She has 10+ years of construction experience and applies that knowledge to make projects successful by keeping project documentation up-to-date, acting as an information hub, and assisting project managers so they can be sure clients have a good experience.

As Director of Portfolio Management, Andrew is responsible for the overall performance of Browning's operating assets. In his role, Andrew oversees leasing, property management, acquisitions, and dispositions, all with a focus on creating value and delivering on Browning's investment strategies. With a background in public finance, Andrew frequently works with colleagues, partners, and clients to analyze and structure incentive packages for new development projects.
Ann handles the firm's account payables ensuring accurate record keeping for all vendors to fortify positive vendor relationships. She also works cross-departmentally to make sure payments are made in a timely manner during all stages of our projects. In addition to Ann's accounting responsibilities, she also works on testing and implementation any upgrades needed within our accounting ERP System.
Ben works with Browning's construction team to help projects succeed by making sure financial operations run smoothly and efficiently. Detail-oriented and organized, Ben brings years of commercial real estate accounting experience to the Browning team and ensures that financial statements are in order, cash is flowing, budgets are in line, and draws will be available to keep projects on track.
Boyd works with the pre-construction services team to prepare initial cost estimates for clients, developing schedules, and bid proposals. Boyd also helps pre-qualify subcontractors and assists during the bid process to ensure bids properly reflect the project scope to help projects finish on-time and on-budget.

Brad joined Browning in 2021 but has been in the construction industry for 22 years. As the Director of Safety and Construction Operations he is responsible for overseeing field activities, field superintendents, and our safety program. Brad manages subcontractors fairly yet requires strong performance and adherence to contracts and drawings, as well as requiring a safe, organized, and clean work site. His proven track record of completing projects on time, on budget, with a strict application of safety regulations allows clients to know their project is being constructed to the highest standards.
With Brandon, clients and collaborators get a Project Manager who knows he isn't successful unless everyone else on the project feels successful. Adept at coordinating schedules, managing budgets and maintaining quality on projects of all sizes, he is a problem solver and relationship builder who puts clients' bests interests first, and who never hesitates to draw from Browning's deep well of expertise to help clients get what they need.

As a strategic partner to the CFO, Bri leads Browning's accounting department - managing financial functions, strategic initiatives, and banking relationships. Overseeing projects from on-boarding to distributions, her strong management skills and attention to detail ensures clients have a smooth experience with our accounting team when they develop, build, or have a project managed by Browning.
Chad gives clients a project manager who likes to get involved early and learn a project from the inside out. That allows him to more efficiently coordinate schedules, manage budgets and maintain quality throughout the life of a project. It also allows him to build relationships that make it easier to smooth out inevitable wrinkles, and to finish with an everyone-wins result.

As the director of marketing, Erin ensures the development, construction and asset management teams have the resources necessary to communicate Browning's expertise and ability to deliver on the objectives of clients and partners. As a development associate focusing on our mixed-use and multifamily projects, Julie manages all aspects of the development process and is responsible for project sourcing, land assemblage, contract negotiation, entitlements, incentives, and maintenance of business relationships with our projects' various stakeholders through construction and management. Julie also interfaces with project architects, engineering firms and surveyors to manage development and construction risk through the life of the development projects.
As a field superintendent, Ken is one of Browning's "boots on the ground" professionals, making sure everything is in place for daily success on the project site: coordinating schedules, maintaining quality and safety standards, and collaborating with subcontractors to make sure jobs run as smoothly as possible. Ken joined Browning as a field superintendent in 2005 and brings over 40 years of experience in the construction industry to each project, allowing him to quickly solve problems and work through obstacles so clients can be confident their projects will stay on track.

His experience managing large, complicated projects around the country has given him a broad skill set and deep understanding of clients' and partners' needs and objectives, and his ability to guide mutually beneficial relationships has been a key driver in the success of Browning's multiple, large scale developments at Airtech Park, Velocity Trade Center Parks, AllPoints Midwest, Northfield Drive Commercial Park, and AllPoints at Anson.
As Chief Financial Officer, Matthew makes sure Browning has the financial resources to deliver successful projects for its clients and the company. With over twenty years of accounting, law, real estate, and executive management experience, Matthew is part of the executive leadership team and oversees the structuring and execution of significant and diverse real estate transactions at Browning, including capital stack optimization and debt and equity sourcing.
Matthew and his team are responsible for the accounting, financial reporting and planning, financial controls at both the operational and property level entities, and all HR functions. He also leads the team's development and implementation of comprehensive financial, operational, and monitoring strategies designed to preserve and grow assets, ensuring that Browning continues to be a mid-sized firm that punches above its weight.
Micah is a knowledgeable partner who provides clients pre-construction services to increase project efficiency and avoid surprises. Micah's nearly 20 years experience in construction means he knows the process and can help clients find cost savings, value-add solutions, and avoid pitfalls before they happen - leading to reliable cost estimates and schedules that help projects finish on-time and on-budget.
