Amanda Oliver

As a project coordinator, Amanda gives clients an on-site champion dedicated to making sure everyone has everything they need to get the job done. Andrew Perry

As Director of Portfolio Management, Andrew is responsible for the overall performance of Browning's operating assets. In his role, Andrew oversees leasing, property management, acquisitions, and dispositions, all with a focus on creating value and delivering on Browning's investment strategies. With a background in public finance, Andrew frequently works with colleagues, partners, and clients to analyze and structure incentive packages for new development projects.

Ann Hostetter

Job Titles:
  • Staff Accountant
Ann handles the firm's account payables ensuring accurate record keeping for all vendors to fortify positive vendor relationships. She also works cross-departmentally to make sure payments are made in a timely manner during all stages of our projects. In addition to Ann's accounting responsibilities, she also works on testing and implementation any upgrades needed within our accounting ERP System.

Ben Nix

Ben works with Browning's construction team to help projects succeed by making sure financial operations run smoothly and efficiently. Detail-oriented and organized, Ben brings years of commercial real estate accounting experience to the Browning team and ensures that financial statements are in order, cash is flowing, budgets are in line, and draws will be available to keep projects on track.

Boyd Warner

Boyd works with the pre-construction services team to prepare initial cost estimates for clients, developing schedules, and bid proposals. Boyd also helps pre-qualify subcontractors and assists during the bid process to ensure bids properly reflect the project scope to help projects finish on-time and on-budget.

Brad Warn

Brad joined Browning in 2021 but has been in the construction industry for 22 years. As the Director of Safety and Construction Operations he is responsible for overseeing field activities, field superintendents, and our safety program. Brad manages subcontractors fairly yet requires strong performance and adherence to contracts and drawings, as well as requiring a safe, organized, and clean work site. His proven track record of completing projects on time, on budget, with a strict application of safety regulations allows clients to know their project is being constructed to the highest standards.
