Changing Lives Matter, LLC is a behavioral health care provider that offers a variety of high-quality rehabilitation services in North Carolina to adults and adolescents who have been diagnosed with a substance use disorder or a mental health disorder. We also offer substance abuse counseling to clients who are struggling with addiction or other behavioral issues. CLM is a licensed facility offering medication assistance. Our psychiatrist is an expert in the field of mental health, substance abuse counseling, geriatrician, and sleep medicine. We also have six licensed clinicians. In addition, we also do in-house group and community-based services, which can facilitate healthy peer interaction and encouragement. CLM is currently based in Lincolnton, NC, but offers outpatient rehab services in the following counties in North Carolina.....
