I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, children, and families using a family-systems approach. I offer a variety of treatment options including child centered-play therapy, behavior modification, parenting strategies, mindfulness practices, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am also rostered as a Project Best-Trauma Focused CBT Therapist, which involves an intensive training on evidence-based treatment for traumatized children and adolescents.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a child and adolescent focus. I specialize in treating behavioral difficulties and strengthening parenting tools within families. When you enter my office you will find a warm and playful atmosphere for both you and your child as I integrate a variety of modalities in treatment. Some treatment modalities I frequently use are Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Behavior Modification, directive Play Therapy, and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to help navigate the circumstances that may lead you to seek care. My skill set is heavily geared toward trauma informed care, anxiety, depression, and those who find themselves on the Autism Spectrum. I have a background in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) and I enjoy working with both neurotypical and neurodiverse children ages 4 and up.
