From a young age I always wanted to follow in the footsteps of my father, then later my sister, who both have careers in medical fields. I studied for my undergraduate degree at Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences (Iran) and qualified as a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) 2008-2014. I worked in both the national health service and private sectors. One year after my graduation I opened a private practice and worked as principal dentist... After three years of working in general dentistry, I decided to pursue my keen interest in Endodontics (root canal therapy). I completed full time 3-years Clinical MSc in Endodontics at The University of Manchester 2017-2020. While studying, I was also involved in teaching undergraduate students in Manchester dental hospital. I passed the specialist exam of Membership in Endodontics from The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (M-Endo RCS Ed) in 2021.
