CAMPIONE - Key Persons

Campione Roman Kitchen is the partnership of three friends, (Joshua Adams, Jeffrey Galli and Anthony Sferra), who have spent a combined 50+ years in the foodservice industry. We opened our doors in August of 2020 amidst the hardships and uncertainty of the Coronavirus pandemic, which reaffirmed our belief in the importance of community, interdependence, and service to others. We bring with us the diversity of our experience, a love for what we do, and a drive to over-deliver without overstating. We welcome you to our restaurant and hope you feel at home here.
