Our in-house realty service will also locate the ideal spot for your next home, as well as list your current house for sale if you have not already engaged a real estate agent. Or do you already own the perfect lot for your new home? Even better - let's break ground right away!... We believe communication is indispensable to the home building process, which is why we use CoConstruct software. In addition to centralizing all the details of your project, CoConstruct streamlines communication between you, our vendors, and our subcontractors. We also perform regular walk-throughs, just to make certain everything is progressing according to your wishes.
