Its founder and principal consultant Joseph (Joe) Rivera brings 37 years of experience in the fields of private health insurance industry and public financial programs. During Joe's 27-year tenure at Valley-Wide Health Systems, one of the largest rural CHCs in the country, he led the Enrollment Department team to improve access to care and provide the very best patient experience. Joe Rivera is highly regarded in the Federally Qualified Health Center community as a knowledgeable, capable and competent leader. During my years working closely with him, I was always amazed by Joe's ability to provide clear, concise and accurate information for his staff with a passion for meeting patient financial needs. He has a wealth of expertise in the details of patient financial eligibility. I consider Joe a subject matter expert in the area of Eligibility and Enrollment.
