FAMILY INITIATIVE THERAPY

I work with children, teens, parents and the entire family unit using individual, parent and family therapy. I use evidenced-based models such as Parent Management Training (PMT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and exposure therapies. I also implement therapy approaches such as family systems therapy, infant mental health (attachment-based), relational therapy and trauma-focused approaches. I believe in implementing intervention strategies that have been proven to be effective through rigorous research as well as tailoring therapy to each individual/family.
