Ben Mayer started his career in the composite and construction equipment industries, where he gained a strong understanding of robotics, designed products, and implemented lean manufacturing principles to redesign and optimize the shop's processes and layout.
As Fidelity's Chief Operating Officer, Ben currently manages our business strategy, allocates resources, ensures budgets are met, and oversees manufacturing operations. He also helps drive the development of new technology and plays a key role in our mechanical engineering projects.

Corey Homick is Fidelity's Senior Project Manager, a role he's held since 2007. In 2017 he joined as a company partner. Corey has acquired a vast knowledge base throughout his career in aerospace components, oil and gas, plastic moulding, and various other industries. His thorough understanding of the manufacturing processes allows him to deliver projects on time and on budget.

As President, General Manager, and Co-Founder of Fidelity, Jeff has more than two decades of experience as a mould maker and machinist. Since 1992, when Jeff began his career in Amherstburg, Ontario, he has accumulated extensive knowledge and experience in many different sectors such as Automotive, Aerospace, Energy, and Plastics. He has been involved in all aspects ranging from design to mass production.

Joseph is one of Fidelity's three founding partners and brings with him two decades worth of expertise as a mould maker and machinist. A native of Windsor, Ontario, Joseph's desire to work as a machinist started at a young age. He completed the Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program at Herman Secondary School and since then graduated from St. Clair College's Mould Maker Program. He also completed the exam for Certificate of Qualification, and has honed his trade working for various companies. Currently, Joe works as our Senior Project Manager at Fidelity and is always on the look-out for the next challenge.

Ryan Arseneau is a Montreal-based tool and die maker and machinist, as well as a graduate from CFPL Lachine. With 17 years of experience in the machining trade, Ryan's work has taken him everywhere from small jobber shops to large corporations such as Nortel. Ryan's myriad of experiences also led him to co-found Fidelity Machine, where he is the perfect fit as our Shop Manager.
