High Desert Housing (HDH) is a non-profit overseeing professionally managed residences for veterans and individuals who have brain injuries, physical disabilities, chronic mental illness. Albuquerque, NM... High Desert Housing, LLC has been providing permanent supportive housing to the people of our community since 2008 while having over 23 years of experience... HDH staff works in conjunction with a wide range of community based services such as case management, social workers, medical professionals and family members in an effort to provide a safe, stable environment. Our current resources include but are not limited to the Albuquerque Veterans Hospital, UNM Behavioral Health Unit, New Mexico Coalition to End Homelessness, State of New Mexico Brain Injury Resources, Benchmark Human Services and Therapeutic Living Services.
