Eric has 40+ years of executive leadership in various sectors including hydropower, fuel cell technology, pulp & paper, oil & gas, and others. He has served as President, Board Member, and Vice President of several fast-growing technology companies where he has led engineering teams for various scopes.

Jerry has 35+ years of professional electrical engineering experience including operation, maintenance, and construction of large capital projects in 1,000+ MW hydroelectric facilities. His expertise specializes in modernization, overhaul, refurbishment, and commissioning of large electromechanical equipment.

Mario founded Hydro Powerplus in 2020 after patenting the anti-cavitation control with Canadian Powerplus where he served as Director since 2017. His focus is on developing strategic partnerships to deliver solutions tailor-made for our clients through Hydro Powerplus. He is passionate about expanding hydropower's potential through innovation.
