Juster Civil Engineering was formed as a small start-up in the Civil Engineering consulting industry. The company was formed to better serve our current and future clients... Our equation is simple: we provide personal, innovative and cost-effective solutions for challenging civil engineering projects in a timely manner, for a low overhead... We provide land and site development services from basic feasibility studies and due-diligence to turn-key projects. We cover the range from agricultural rezoning to infill developments, from residential subdivision s to commercial and industrial projects. We are comfortable with traditional bid-project and design-built projects.
