Kings Financial is a remote bookkeeping firm, headquartered in Santa Monica able to serve all locations... When we first purchased our townhome, we discovered that many property management companies are lacking in their ability to handle an association's financial matters timely or concisely. The first time we sat in our HOA's annual meeting with the financial reports provided by the property management company, we could barely make out the financial health of our association. It was also difficult to get bills paid. From our gardener's monthly invoice to a homeowner's reimbursement, it was a challenge to get our property management company to make payments timely... As a small family business from Southern California with deep experience in the financial sector and our own HOA, we understand each association has its unique needs. We strive to meet those needs in a way that works for each association.
