They have extensive legal experience advising on general corporate and commercial matters and with regard to the purchase, sale, construction, repair, financing and chartering of LNG tankers, offshore drilling rigs, barges and other ships and vessels. Their work includes the drafting and negotiating of bareboat and time charters, O&M agreements and other ancillary documents in connection with floating production storage and offloading vessels (FPSOs), offshore drill rigs, ocean going and brown water barges, tows and cargo ships. They also serve as arbitrators of commercial and energy disputes.
