Chuck started his AEC career at a civil engineering firm before starting his own construction company. After eight years, Chuck sold his share of the business and joined the Bobbitt team in 1992. During his 36-year career in construction, Chuck knows that a good General Contractor is only as good as its subcontractors.
Chuck is a member of Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) and holds a General Contractor's license in North Carolina and South Carolina.
Dylan's career in construction started as a laborer for a plumbing and HVAC company in his hometown of Sugar Grove, IL during high school and college. After college, he and now wife (Larkin) moved to
North Carolina where Dylan began a career in sales for a software company. Quickly realizing his passion for construction, he reentered the industry as a Project Manager for Parker General Contractors.
Dylan joined Radius Builds in early 2023 to merge his sales and construction backgrounds by leading the Business Development efforts for Radius. His goal is to help build the Radius Builds brand and make it a successful business that clients love working with and employees love working for. Dylan is a firm believer that positivity, energy, and communication builds a winning culture!
Dylan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Aurora University. He is also a proud volunteer and group leader at his local church.
Travis has been working in the field of safety management and risk identification since 2008 for various organizations and industries, including exploration and development of oil and gas, solar energy, commercial construction, federal and state governments, and multiple mission critical infrastructure sectors. His unique approach to building a safety culture stems from his background in teaching and learning in higher education and passion for outdoor pursuits.
Travis is essential to the human and organizational performance at Radius and is devoted to helping sub-contractors customize their safety program to thrive in their trade. As a result, his expectation is to achieve a highly resilient safety program designed to protect people, the environment, and relationships.
