Our dispute resolution practice takes up briefs from diverse areas of law including disputes relating to contracts, property, land, construction, companies, industrial relations and employment, judicial review and torts. We also take up appellate cases in the High Court, Court of Appeal and Federal Court. In suitable cases, we recommend alternative dispute resolution (ADR) through mediation.
