Barbara Vaz is an associate with Rose Law Firm. She practices immigration law and civil litigation. She enjoys helping clients navigate legal issues and understands the importance of providing legal services through a lens of empathy and understanding.
Barbara obtained a law degree from the Universidade Estadual de Londrina, Brazil. She practiced Family, Civil, Tax and Criminal Law for several years before immigrating to Canada.
In Canada, Barbara obtained significant experience in Canadian Immigration Law while working at her own practice as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant. She has represented corporate and individual clients in a variety of Immigration matters. This work included strategic and practical solutions for permanent residence applications, as well as the admission of temporary workers and students to Canada. She has assisted many corporate clients bringing foreign workers to join their workforce in Canada.
Barbara finished the process of validating her academic experience through the National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) in 2020, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2022.
She is fluent in Portuguese, and conversational in Spanish and French.
Cori is an Associate Lawyer at Rose Law Firm.
Born and raised in Toronto, Ontario. Cori completed her undergraduate degree in Political Science at the University of Guelph, followed by acquiring her Bachelor of Law degree at the University of Leicester in England, and her Masters of Law at Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2020.
Cori started her legal career focusing on personal injury law, and no practices law in civil and commercial litigation, and residential and commercial real-estate transactions.
David is the founder of Rose Law Firm. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1994, David has extensive experience in Commercial Real Estate, Business Law, Litigation and Hotel Law. David is also a licensed commercial Real Estate Broker.
David has gained a reputation as a fierce advocate for his clients.

Giuliana is an Associate Lawyer at Rose Law Firm. She practices in the areas of Corporate/Commercial Law, Wills & Estates, and all types of contracts including commercial leasing.
Prior to practicing law, Giuliana studied Public Relations and Communications in Los Angeles. She obtained her law degree from Manchester Metropolitan University, before returning to Ontario to complete her National Committee on Accredatation (NCA) and was called to the Onatrio Bar in 2021.

Kavita Ramnanan is an Associate Lawyer at Rose Law Firm.
Kavita completed her legal education in the U.K. She was called to the Bar in Trinidad and Tobago in 2010.
She was in private practice in Trinidad focusing on Subrogation, Insurance Law and Corporate Law until she migrated to Canada in 2013. Kavita was called to the Ontario Bar in 2014 and has been practicing in various areas of law since.
She has represented clients at the Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal for Ontario and written submissions to the Supreme Court of Canada.
In the past few years, Family Law has been Kavita's primary focus.
