We offer a variety of small group training sessions throughout the week to fit your schedule. Train 3-5 times per week with weights and modifications to fit your ability. Stay motivated with the coaching of one of our trainers, and the encouragement of others in your group session... From the beginning of our training career, our goal has always been to own and operate a personal training studio. We both graduated college in 2009-2010 during the height of the Great Recession, and watched all of our friends and peers scramble to take the first available job that offered a steady paycheck and benefits. Instead of doing the same, we bet on ourselves and became self-employed despite the $100,000+ in student loan debt, lack of health insurance, zero paid time off, and no benefits of any kind. Our vision was built on the idea that if we took great care of people and made sound financial decisions, that we could make a life for ourselves... We specialize in one-on-one and small-group..
