Mr. Morin is a seasoned business and sales executive with the last 27 years of his career managing several billion dollars in power and gas contracts. He served as the Director of Sales and Operations for the Western US for CenterPoint Energy Services and was the Director of Marketing-Northern Rockies/Pacific Northwest Region for commercial gas origination for Shell Energy North America.

Mr. Williams is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in the energy industry. He currently serves as president of Basin Creek Power Services. Previously he spent 12 years at Continental Energy Services Inc. (a wholly owned subsidiary of Montana Power Company), where he became president and ran their global operations.

Mr. Niehaus is a retired Caterpillar vice president who spent 38 years in the electric power business. As vice president he managed the profit and loss of Caterpillar's Electric Power Division. The Electric Power Division included global marketing and sales of multiple brands, engineering and R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain.
