Serjozja's grandparents were active in shipbuilding (Haerinck) Fishing boats of the first generation. Designing and building in something that is ingrained in his blood/genes. Serving is what formed the thought after the puzzle pieces found the right place. Serving fresh food to the community. Peeling shrimp or a delicious sole is a permanent fixture on the menu.
