Andy Ledger

Andy is an experienced Business Development consultant, using a unique blend of practical knowhow; technical skills and an understanding of the sales process. He can help gather business intelligence, to help you understand the needs of your prospects and customers, and how best to engage with them. Andy takes the time to understand your specific requirements, the products and services you offer, before helping to develop a sustainable strategy that enables you to develop trusted relationships with customers, so they return time and again.

Ian Atkinson

Ian Atkinson has over 30 years' experience working in a range of complex manufacturing & service businesses during periods of considerable change, both as Finance Director & Managing Director. Ian's experience includes intense involvement in several acquisitions & disposals & he has supported a portfolio of SME's across a broad range of sectors. Frequently part of his remit is getting the business ready for sale; this involves giving pragmatic and constructive assessment of the business, its procedures and its people, along with pragmatic suggestions of the improvements needed and how to make them. Business owners find the benefits from his involvement are more varied than anticipated at the outset

Keith Webb

Keith Webb left corporate life after helping float his last business in 2013. Since then he has used his wide experience and extensive network to assist SME's develop strategies and become more investable via the implementation of strong corporate governance processes. He has an extensive background in retail and wholesale enterprises, ranging from single-site operations to major PLCs and including managing controlled, independent and franchised estates. He has improved performance and revenues for multi-stakeholder and PLC businesses, including retailers and wholesalers such as NISA, Spar UK, Kwik Save PLC, One Stop PLC, J Sainsbury PLC and Bargain Booze/Conviviality PLC. He is personable, builds productive and open relationships and works well within family businesses

Kerry McIntosh

Kerry is our People / HR Consultant. She has direct experience of delivering commercially driven people-focused HR support, giving her the ability to quickly understand a business and the challenges and opportunities it faces. Whether you're looking to define and execute an effective HR strategy, attract and retain the best talent or develop your workforce for business growth, she can help.

Louise Pode

Louise Pode provides executive & resilience coaching across all sectors. She is a qualified ILM Level 7 Executive Coach, NLP Master Practitioner and Accredited Strengthscope practitioner. Working with both individuals and teams she uses positive psychology to challenge limiting self-beliefs, gain a different perspective, develop strengths and facilitate real clarity on the way forward. She works with our clients to enable them to create a vision for them and their business, which is aligned with their values. This creates a mindset shift from feeling constrained and limited to energised, motivated and passionate, with a clear sense of purpose and direction.

Simon Groom

A business consultant and coach for many years, a charity CEO, a Strategic Relationship builder and Business Development leader with over 20 years' experience of managing and developing small to medium sized organisations and divisions of larger organisations, Simon has started and built two businesses in the services industry. As well as supporting growth in SMEs and being instrumental in the growth of a local charity (c£1m) he also held leadership positions for a NW based management consultancy (c£15m), for Serco plc's (c£2bn) consultancy business (c£50m), for a National charity (c£45M) and for several small management consultancy companies. His consultancy background, particularly on large programmes, gives him a consultative and problem-solving style of leadership, complemented by an analytical approach to business development and bidding for funds.
