Andrew has a proven track record in designing and delivering a wide range of new build and refurbishment schemes. Spanning large scale regeneration to prime residential developments, his experience is multifaceted.
As well as mixed-use, private and affordable residential developments and higher education projects, Andrew has urban design and large scale masterplan expertise. This means that he is able to provide invaluable insight at all stages of the project, whether design, technical or management.
Much of Andrew's work is complex, whether an industrial site, a combination of retained and new structures or large in scale. For example, Deptford Foundry is the transformation of an industrial site into a new development with homes and artist studios. Artisan is a complex site with part new build, part refurbishment and part reconstruction. Harbour Central provides over 900 new homes across seven mixed-use buildings.
Andrew studied at the Mackintosh School of Architecture, graduating in 1995. He joined Rolfe Judd as a senior architect in 2011, became an associate in 2013, director in 2015 and main board director in 2021.
Alongside a passion for designing contemporary architecture, Anil has a proven track record as an effective team lead. His experience to date covers a broad range of sectors and types. These range from mixed-use residential developments to urban schemes for complex sites which weave in old and new. Anil has successfully steered projects through the concept and planning process and furthermore has experience in delivering schemes.
He has been an important team member on a number of key projects. Those which combine retained and new build elements include Artisan, a carefully crafted bijou development and New Bond Street, which provides new office accommodation and retail units behind an existing facade. Anil's residential experience includes Osiers Road, a mixed-use development surrounding new public realm and Cobalt Tower, a contemporary, landmark building to characterise the Deptford Foundry development.
Anil studied architecture at the University of Manchester and undertook his Part I experience at Rolfe Judd. He then returned to Manchester to complete his architecture training and a masters in architecture and urbanism. Alongside his studies, Anil enjoyed tutoring first and second year students. He then returned to Rolfe Judd as architectural assistant in 2009, became an architect in 2012, senior architect in 2017 and associate in 2018.
Billy has been actively involved in a wide range of projects from concept and detail design development through to lead for construction and completion. His sector experience encompasses large mixed-use residential developments, office, education, leisure and hospitality.
His passion for contemporary design and an enquiring approach results in innovative design solutions that challenge the norm. Billy has a comprehensive technical understanding of building design and the complexities of various buildings types. He applies methodical, logical and cost effective solutions that go beyond client expectations.
Billy's residential experience includes the regeneration scheme for Chailey Industrial Estate in Hayes. In addition he has worked on PD schemes such as Dartmouth Street in Westminster, the sensitively designed development, Hampton Hill in Richmond and the new Twickenham Station redevelopment.
Other key projects include the new Peter May Stand at the Kia Oval where he is additionally working on a feasibility and masterplan to expand this world famous and highly cherished sporting facility. In the heart of St James's, Billy has delivered The Marq, a new seven storey, sustainable office building.
Billy studied at the University of Huddersfield, graduating in 2008. He joined Rolfe Judd as project architect in 2014, became senior architect in 2015 and associate in 2016.

Charles has been instrumental in the successful development of the practice and is a main board director of Rolfe Judd Architecture, he has nearly 30 years experience in the built environment. His skills lie in the creative aspects of architecture through his ability to analyse and problem solve large complex issues throughout the design process. He has practical experience in delivering numerous schemes from concept through to completion.
Charles has designed a diverse range of projects at Rolfe Judd and has been a key influence in some of London's important regeneration developments including the award winning developments such as Woodberry Down in North London which created new sustainable places and part of the town centre of Wandsworth which has been reimagined with new apartments adjacent to a vibrant start-up business village. Charles has also been involved in more recently completed projects such as Harbour Central in Canary Wharf and Nine Elms, both projects have created new parts of London to live and work and Tabard Square which was one of the first major residential regeneration schemes in central London, winning many awards, redefining what was possible in creating new communities in the centre of the City.
Throughout the City of London, Charles has designed and delivered new office buildings and public spaces such as Carter Lane, near St Paul's Cathedral and Lovells headquarters, Atlantic House, with a stunning roof terrace, on Holborn Viaduct.
Following training at ECA, Edinburgh, Charles joined Rolfe Judd in 1989, become associate in 1997, director in 1998 and main board director in 2001.

Dorota is a proactive team leader and has a significant role in delivering designs for projects in both the UK and Poland. Her knowledge and experience ranges from concept designs to delivery stages on residential, commercial and mixed use schemes. She has an effective and creative approach to resolving complex design issues, which enables her to add real value to projects, particularly when facing demanding site and time constraints. She explores the functional aspect of the architecture and is interested in how it influences our day-to-day lives.
In the UK, Dorota has worked on major regeneration schemes such as Saffron Square in Croydon and The Hyde in Hendon, and is currently working on Harbour Central on the Isle of Dogs, which includes a 42 storey tower. In Poland her experience includes the office development Graffit in Warsaw and Przy Morzu Apartamenty, a contemporary scheme next to a beach resort.
Dorota studied at the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice, Poland graduating with a Diploma, Master of Science in Architecture in 2003. She is a member of the Polish Chamber of Architects. Prior to joining Rolfe Judd in 2006, Dorota worked as a freelance architect in co-operation with Polish and German based architectural practices. She was also involved in providing number of municipal social housing projects.
Eric has over 20 years of experience designing and delivering high profile projects in the UK, US, Europe, Middle East and Asia. His international outlook means he can offer a broad perspective both in terms of design and cultural context, and this is augmented by his unique experience working on major multi-purpose developments.

Euan is a board director of Rolfe Judd Architecture and has led the design, development and construction of a wide range of projects. These range from single buildings to masterplans and strategic urban regeneration. His sector experience embraces high-end residential, private and affordable housing, leisure and commercial projects such as offices, law courts and industrial buildings.
Passionate about design, Euan maintains close contact with his projects to ensure schemes are delivered to the design vision.
His urban regeneration projects include the significant site adjacent to Old Kent Road in Southwark and the northern gateway plan to extend Oxford and Malt Street in Southwark. He has also led schemes to create value and enable station and environmental improvements at Guildford Station and Twickenham Station.
His attention to detail and quality is demonstrated in the complex schemes Artisan in Tottenham Court Road, Aybrook Street in Marylebone, all involve sensitivity for the existing building in tandem with contemporary design intervention.
Euan provides leadership for Rolfe Judd Interiors where he applies the same levels of passion and attention to detail, essential qualities for prime residential projects such as the Artisan apartments in Fitzrovia and Netherhall Gardens in Hampstead.
Euan trained at Oxford Brookes University and South Bank University, qualifying in 1998. He joined Rolfe Judd in 2005, became associate in 2007, director in 2011 and board director in 2016.

Guy has wide ranging project experience, from large scale masterplanning and regeneration schemes to smaller residential, commercial, education and leisure projects. He is actively involved from the initial concept designs through detail development and has led project teams through construction phase and handover.
Guy is passionate about contemporary architecture, he evolves designs from strong concepts, taking inspiration from the surrounding vernacular. His schemes are inherently modern yet anchored to their roots and location.
His communication and interpersonal skills enable him to successfully guide projects through statutory design reviews, negotiations with local authorities and community consultations. His key expertise lies in the delivery of high quality designs which satisfy planning obligations and meet the client's viability expectations.
He has recently achieved planning approval for Brickfields in Hayes which was a former industrial site and The Hyde in Hendon which is a mixed-use residential-led scheme. His schemes for Harlow Town Centre and Goldsworth Road in Woking are both large scale urban regeneration projects.
Guy studied at the University of Westminster, qualifying in 2002. He joined Rolfe Judd as a senior project architect in 2011 became an associate in 2012 and director in 2015.
Ian is a Consultant at Rolfe Judd and has over 35 years experience of the built environment. He is well versed in all aspects of the architectural process from initial site appraisal and project strategy to project close out post completion. His hands-on approach and strategic skillset means he can give sound architectural development advice and is particularly practiced in understanding client requirements.
Ian has provided leadership on a large variety of property types, sizes and locations with particular emphasis on high value commercial and residential redevelopment in central and south London. Key projects in the City include the major office refurbishment and remodelling of 5 Cheapside, which sits next to St Paul's Cathedral, and two office developments which are adjacent to each other on Holborn Viaduct.
In the West End, Ian has led the mixed-use scheme at New Bond Street and the complex development with facade retentions at Cork Street Mews. Major residential developments include East Walls in Chichester and the conversion of a school to form Mary Datchelor House.
Following training at the Brighton School of Architecture Ian joined Rolfe Judd in 1985, became an associate in 1989 and main board director in 1994. He had an overview across all of the group activity and from 2023 will provide ongoing support and advice to the company through his consultant role
