Brett has a bachelor's degree in construction management and holds a General Building B100 license. Brett has extensive experience in both residential and commercial construction estimating, scheduling, and contracting. Brett's resume prior to AIM Construction, includes over 16 years of experience as a head estimator, project manager, and division manager for one of Utah's largest commercial general contractors. He has in-depth experience completing projects across both residential and commercial construction types.

Tyler has a bachelor's degree in construction management and a masters degree in real estate development. Tyler has extensive background and experience in both the development and construction processes. Tyler's resume includes having worked for a general contractor early in his career building residential and commercial assets along with over $500 million in development and acquisition of properties across multiple asset types.
