CAPITAL CITY CYCLING

We are no longer under pandemic rules; however, it is always prudent to be conscious of, and cautious, regarding disease transmission risk... We roll at 5:30 - 6pm (times vary seasonally, check calendar). Riders meet at Meridian Road Park at 5:30 or 6pm (depending on the time of year) for a 25-30 mile road ride. The Monday Night Ride offers a chance to learn how to ride in a group safely... Pace: This is a no drop ride that usually averages 18-20 mph. We regroup periodically for slower riders.
