Our goal is to equip new Autoglass installers with the basic, consistent skill sets to install windshields on entry-level vehicles and to teach them how to adapt to new vehicles they have not worked on before... After 25 years in the autoglass replacement industry, we chose to provide standardized, comprehensive training to our Junior installers, and now we can offer the same to you... At the CIA, our goal is to provide a consistent skillset to new Autoglass installers who want to learn more about windshield installation and ADAS Calibration.
